I\’m very very honoured to have received a 2020 Saskatchewan Music Award in the category of Roots/Folk Artist of the Year. A big congrats to all the nominees in the category who are all making amazing music: Ellen Froese, Gunner and Smith, JJ Voss, and The North Sound. I\’m not going to let this go to my head though. I\’m going to keep striving for the day my music can bring as much joy to the world as Bernie Sanders\’ mittens 🙂 Hats off to SaskMusic for putting on such a great awards show during a pandemic.
